Try restarting the software and then repeat the procedure. Additionally, make sure that the files you are trying to move out of the application are not in use by the same application. Go to File > Close to close all the current jobs that might be opened in the software. Another solution is to try running the application as Administrator. Locate its shortcut icon, then right click it and select Run as Administrator. Repeat the procedure to move the files out and it should work this time.
I receive "The instruction at "0x73dd11c7" referenced memory at "0x0000004". The memory could not be read" error message from VXP Player. How can I fix it? I'm working at a medical transcription and I can't use the application. I can't run it on my both computers.

In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the software from the list and click Uninstall. After that, run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the program again. If this doesn't help, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the Support team. You might need to request a new installation package.
